With a lot of help from a lot of friends, YamStreet's Kickstarter campaign has shot way over the top. As I write, it's still possible to pledge. But the total stands at a very healthy $21,135 which is 140% of our goal. Of the 134 awesome backers, over a third live or work in SF's Bayview neighborhood.
I couldn't be more grateful. A new business is up and running in a neighborhood and an industry that are pulsing with hope for the future. To each and every supporter, THANK YOU!
If you elected a reward incentive, expect to receive a survey about preferences (sizes, patterns, etc.). Then YamStreet gears up for full production! I'll be in touch.
We are in the last 48 hours of the campaign. I'm sending out messages about that through all channels. (Please forgive getting those if you're already a backer.) Can you send the link to someone you know?
Over the weekend, I was at a gardening event in my neighborhood that I helped organize. Urban Pajama Pants went with me, of course. What a beautiful day!
